Domestic and International Shipping Information

All orders are shipped by the United States Post Service (USPS) or UPS. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package and location. Please make sure someone will be available at the time of delivery, otherwise your package may be returned to us.

If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, you will be contacted for a replacement item or a refund. The item's cost will be issued back to your credit card or Paypal account within two to three business days of reply.


Returns/Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for online purchases. No cash back or refunds will be given, no exceptions. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. If for some reason you need to return a product to us, it must be in brand new condition with all tags/accessories attached.
